Mobilyze provides mobility and strength sessions, movement education, program progress tracking, and related tools. You are responsible for using the app safely and only in ways that are appropriate for your health, ability, equipment, and environment.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your account secure, and not misuse the service, interfere with the app, or attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to access.

Health And Safety

Mobilyze provides general mobility and strength guidance for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or a substitute for a qualified health professional.

Stop if you feel sharp pain, dizziness, numbness, unusual symptoms, or anything that feels unsafe. Check with a qualified health professional before using Mobilyze or making medical decisions, especially if you are injured, pregnant, managing a health condition, returning from surgery, or unsure whether an exercise is appropriate.

AI-Generated Content

Some sessions may be generated with third-party AI. AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your specific circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing each session and deciding whether to perform, modify, or skip any movement.

Accounts And Deletion

You can delete your account in the app from Profile > Account > Delete account. You can also request account deletion through the Support page.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms, created security risk, or used the service in a harmful or unlawful way.

No Warranty

Mobilyze is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any session or movement will meet your needs.
