Email mobilyzeapp@gmail.com for help with your account, app access, session generation, movement content, feedback, privacy questions, or deletion requests.

Include the email address attached to your Mobilyze account and a short description of what you need. Do not include sensitive medical information unless it is necessary for your request.

Delete Your Account In The App

The fastest way to delete your account is in the Mobilyze app. Open Profile > Account > Delete account and confirm the deletion prompt.

Deleting your account removes your app account and associated app data, including profile data, sessions, completions, movement logs, favourites, feedback, and movement requests, except where limited retention is required for legitimate legal, security, or compliance reasons.

Request Account Deletion By Email

If you no longer have access to the app, email mobilyzeapp@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my Mobilyze account". Send the request from the email address attached to your account when possible.

We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership before completing deletion. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within a reasonably quick period.
