Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Mobilyze collects, uses, shares, and deletes information when you use the Mobilyze mobile app and related services.

Information We Collect

We collect account information such as email address, authentication identifiers, and basic profile details you provide. We also collect app profile information such as display name, date of birth, gender, mobility goals, activity level, equipment access, mobility assessments, strength baselines, session preferences, session history, movement logs, favourites, feedback, and movement requests.

We may collect technical information needed to operate the app, such as app version, platform, timestamps, and error or support context you choose to send.

How We Use Information

We use your information to create and secure your account, personalize mobility and strength sessions, track program progress, save preferences, provide support, improve app quality, and maintain safety and abuse-prevention controls.

Mobilyze provides general mobility and strength guidance for educational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for a qualified health professional.

Service Providers And Third-Party AI

Mobilyze uses Supabase for authentication, database, serverless functions, and storage. Supabase processes app data so we can provide account, session, program, feedback, and support features.

Mobilyze uses Anthropic Claude to generate personalized session content. When you request an AI-generated session, relevant session inputs may be sent to Anthropic, including selected equipment, requested duration, mobility or strength context, program context, and optional notes you provide. Do not include sensitive information in optional notes unless you want it used for session generation.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Mobilyze. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Retention And Deletion

We retain account and app data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

You can delete your account in the app from Profile > Account > Delete account. You can also request deletion from the Support page. Account deletion removes your app account and associated app data, except where limited retention is required for legitimate legal, security, or compliance reasons.

Your Choices

You can update profile, preferences, strength baselines, and other user-entered information in the app. You can stop using AI-generated session features by using template-based programs or other non-AI flows where available.
